REGISTRATION OPENING: April 13th – June 11th
**Registration fee includes the cost of the crop, bloomers, socks, shoes and bow.
Required Uniform Fitting:
We will be having a lock in/uniform fitting June 27th
Cheerleaders are asked to arrive in fitted black clothes (tank top and fitted black shorts/tights)
Hair pulled back and no makeup.
Parents will receive an email prior to the fitting with more details and information.
Summer Practice:
Begins July 8th
Days/times: Wednesday-Friday/ 5-7:30 pm while learning new cheers
Learn new cheer Wednesdays and Thursdays
Practice all learned cheers and line up/formations on Friday
Wednesday & Fridays / 5-6pm(baby chicks) 6-7:30pm(hawks) after cheers are learned
“Baby chicks” (5-8yr) will be shorter and meet earlier 5-6pm co-coach will finish up with chicks when hawks arrive, rejoin head coach after baby chick dismissal
“Hawks”(9-13yr) show up at 5:30 and get prepared and in lines by 5:40, Head coach will lead
WHALING DAYS PARADE:

MID AUG:
Practices will switch to Thurs. & Fri.
Games will be on Saturdays and the game schedule will be announced as soon as it is released.
Uniforms:
It is required that the uniform only be worn at games and kept in pristine condition during the season.
Do not eat or drink anything other than water while in uniform to avoid stains.
Light makeup may be worn while in uniform. When applying the makeup, make sure your cheerleader
is already in uniform, and a cover is draped over the uniform to keep it protected.
FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE is required at the time of registration.

VOLUNTEERING & OPTING OUT:
Concession Volunteer Deposit: $150/child must be made at uniform handout. (this is refundable when you volunteer in the concession stand for a 2 hour shift)
Concession Volunteer Opt Out Fee: This is offered at the time of registration online. $150/child must be paid with registration if you choose not to volunteer in the concession stand. This is NOT refundable. If you pay the fee and then decide to volunteer this fee will not be refunded.
